Work has begun on clearing the right tributary of the Vyatka River in Mamadysh. The event is held within the framework of "Conservation of unique water bodies" federal project of "Ecology" national project.
To date, the facility is clearing debris from trees located directly in the tributary channel, cutting down shrub vegetation and removing bottom sediments. As a result of the removal of biogenic and polluting substances, the self-cleaning ability of the ecosystem will increase and the living conditions of more than 15.800 people will improve.
According to the length of the object, it is planned to clear 3.3 km of the riverbed. The work will last until 2022, the total amount of funding is more than 75 million rubles.
