More than 1200 sq. m. landfills were discovered by environmentalists in Almetyevsk
According to the message received by the ecologists hotline, specialists of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of unauthorized waste storage in the RTS microdistrict of Almetyevsk. Garbage from the dismantling of road surfaces littered the territory on an area of 1240 sq. m., the volume was 36 cubic meters. m.
A protocol on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements for the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste" has been drawn up against an enterprise carrying out construction work, a fine of 100 thousand rubles is considered, and the organization will also need to eliminate this violation.
