In the Leninogorsk district, the consequences of a spontaneous landfill are being eliminated. The cases of violators were transferred to the court
11 construction organizations operating in the south-eastern region of Tatarstan became victims of an unscrupulous transportation company. Resorting to the services of private individuals –KAMAZ truck drivers, the entire volume of waste was taken out and dumped on the territory of the Pismyansky rural settlement of the Leninogorsk district, on the soil. The total area of illegal storage was 3.900 square meters, the violation was revealed last year.
The drivers of the KAMAZ trucks who carried out the waste disposal were also brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of the Article.8.2 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. In addition, each of them was presented with a claim for compensation for damage caused to the environment in the amount of 160 thousand rubles.
