A year-long trial. The final decision on the guilt of Fortuna was made by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan

The South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan won the trial against Fortuna, LLC. Legal proceedings with the offender were going on since 2020. Disagreeing with the decision, the legal entity appealed first to the Almetyevsk City Court, and then to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The complaint was dismissed by the courts of two instances.
