Non-profit organizations registered in the manner prescribed by law and carrying out activities on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with their constituent documents, provided for in Article 31.1 of the Federal Law “On Non-Profit Organizations”, operating for at least one year before the announcement of the competition may participate in the competition.
