Unlicensed subsoil use resulted in damage of more than 70 million rubles. Materials are sent to the Prosecutor's Office and Law Enforcement Agencies

The fact of unlicensed use of subsoil was revealed and stopped by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan near the Nadezhdinskoe settlement of Pestrechinskiy district. As environmentalists have explained, the company has a license for extraction of common minerals (limestone), but it decided to conduct the development of mineral resources far beyond the designated area, as a result they caused damage for more than 70 million rubles. An administrative protocol has been drawn up in respect of the violator under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
