Meeting on environmental issues in Aznakaevo district

More than 40 eliminated dumps, about 100 well-arranged springs. In Aseevo rural settlement, the results of the environmental activities of Aznakaevo district were discussed. Khalil Mustakimov, the head of the Priik territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the Aznakaevo municipal district Marcel Shaydullin, the head of the executive committee of Aznakaevo municipal district Aidar Shamsutdinov, the heads of rural settlements, the heads of enterprises and organizations of the district took part in the event. Khalil Mustakimov made a report on the environmental activities held this year. He noted that “in 2017, announced in Tatarstan as the Year of Ecology and Public Spaces, a number of preventive measures were taken in Aznakaevo district to ensure environmental safety. Land reclamation, waterproofing of barns, overhaul of oil pipelines have been carried out. Considerable attention is paid to measures to maintain clean air – monthly automatic measurements, regular monitoring of toxicity of exhaust gases from vehicles.” The head of the department highly appreciated the participation of people in environmental actions and clean-ups.
As a result of the meeting, priority directions and main tasks for environmental protection for the coming year have been scheduled.
