Tatarstan will join the All-Russian ecological subbotnik "Green Russia" and hold an action to clean up the springs

At once two major environmental activities start in Tatarstan in September. On September 2, the republic will join the All-Russian ecological subbotnik "Green Russia". The campaign will be held on the territory of the republic for the fifth time and will last through September. It will start in Kazan at the "Blue Lakes" Protected Area. The purpose of the event is to improve the environmental situation in the cities and settlements of the Russian Federation, the formation of ecological consciousness and enhance the ecological culture of the population. Also on September 2, the Republic of Tatarstan will start a project for the improvement of springs - in cities and regions water sources will be cleaned of debris and deadwood, activists wil repair the decks, and re-enrich the territories.
