The Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan on November 30 sums up the results of the competition "School Eco-patrol".

"The most active student", "The most active class", "The most active school", "The best municipal district" - the best students of Tatarstan who identified the largest number of landfills within the framework of the republican competition "School Eco-patrol" will be awarded on November 30 at the V. P. Engelhardt Astronomical Observatory. This year, 7,349 applications came to the competition, which is almost twice as many as in 2022. In total, over the 9 years of the competition's existence, environmentalists have received more than 46 thousand messages about landfills.

Let us recall that in order to participate in the competition, a student simply had to install the mobile application "School Eco-patrol" on his phone, register in the application using the login of the education portal edu.tatar.ru and send photo and video messages with recorded landfills. Environmentalists take supervisory measures, landfills are liquidated, and the student, for such an active environmental position, receives points.

The most active assistants of environmentalists will receive gifts on November 30 – laptops, tablets, smart watches, wireless headphones, smartphones, a 3D printer, a speaker system, etc.

This year, the application of the "School Eco-patrol" competition will be integrated into the "I am a pupil" application. In addition, all winners of this season will be awarded points in the service "Another matter" in the social network "VKontakte".

As part of the award ceremony, the names of the winners of the battery collection campaign will also be announced. This year, they managed to collect 31 tons of batteries, and since 2019, 145 tons of batteries have been collected, which were transferred for disposal.
