Leninogorsk city court ordered the offender to demolish the fence on the water protection zone
Unhindered access of citizens to StepnoyZai River shall be ensuredby dismantling the concrete fence. Thisjudgmentwas made by Leninogorsk city court in respect of Administration of Pismiansky rural settlement. Water body protectionrules infringement was fixed by the inspector of South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In order to eliminate this infringement, the inspector of South-Eastern Administration sent a claim to Leninogorsk city court about obligation to dismantle the fenceby the owner. The court buttressed the environmental experts’ decision, and ordered the offender to demolish the construction before June 1, 2018.
