This instruction was given by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in respect of the Almetyevsk enterprise. The territory of the company's operating activities belongs to the category of water conservation. In accordance with Article 16 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation the operation of commercial objects within the borders of such zones is allowed only if they are equipped by waste treatment facilities. Upon failure to comply with requirements for protection of aquatic facility, the company was brought to administrative liability under Part 1 of Article 8.45 of the Administrative Code.
