The Arsk company "MetResursA" has been fined for unauthorized dumping of wastes

"To pay a fine in the amount of 100 thousand rubles in the prescribed period." This resolution was issued by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Arsk enterprise "MetResurs-A" for unauthorized disposal of wastes on the territory of the organization. The inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan detected the violation of environmental legislation in the summer of 2017 during the helicopter raid. The administrative protocol under Art. 8.2. of the Administrative Code of the RF has been issued for the enterprise based on this fact. and issued a decree on imposing a fine in amount of 100 thousand rubles. The organization "MetResurs-A" did not agree with such punishment and appealed the resolution of ecologists in the Arsk District Court. The court left the resolution of the inspectors from the Northern Division in force. After that this issue was considered in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, which also left everything unchanged.
