Nizhnekamsk residents joined to separate waste collection

Paper, glass, and plastic. In Nizhnekamsk, recycling points were organized. Containers for separate garbage collection were installed in two residential areas of the city. “Such designated look better, and the containers are convenient and easy to use,” the innovation of Nizhnekamsk was appreciated. As specialists from the Zakamsk Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan noted, the practice of sorting garbage will reduce environmental pollution and will teach townspeople to treat waste as a source of valuable recyclables.
The system of separate waste collection is introduced in many cities of Russia, including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. The goal is to improve the efficiency of garbage disposal and make it safer to neutralize it.
