An interactive eco-path has opened in Kazan, two kilometers from Kazanorgsintez. It draws attention to the peculiarities of forest ecosystems and tells about the role of man in preserving the environment. The eco-path has become part of the large tourist route "Volga Trail", which runs along the right bank of the Volga River in Tatarstan, and the SIBUR Eco-paths project.

Environmentalists reviewed 2,146 messages received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 842 notifications received in the People's Control system, 130 requests on the POS feedback platform and 1,893 through the Ministry's Internet reception. In total, the department received 5,011 appeals.

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences invites you to take part in the competition for the international environmental Prize. EcoMir 2024 is a public award for outstanding achievements in environmental protection and environmental safety, as well as in other environmental activities aimed at sustainable development in the 21st century.

As part of the Year of the Family in Russia, employees of the Ministry of Ecology and their children arrived at the Wild Farm Eco-park. They got acquainted with the red Book spotted deer and Altai marals. They are bred on a farm and then released into the wild to increase the population of animals from the Red Book. Now there are about 200 spotted deer, 100 marals and 80 rabbits in the eco-park.

The International Forum "Kazan Digital Week – 2024" will be held in the capital of Tatarstan from September 9 to 11. 10 sections of various directions are waiting for all participants, including digital industry 4.0, intelligent transport systems, digital technologies in culture, modern cybersecurity and so on. The forum will also feature an exhibition where everyone will be able to plunge into the world of modern technology.  

The Federal Agency for Water Resources held a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on regulating the operating modes of reservoirs of the Volga-Kama cascade.

The exploitation of natural resources near water bodies causes damage that nature does not have time to make up for. Every year, in order to maintain this balance, a project is being implemented for the artificial reproduction of aquatic biological resources, when millions of juvenile fish of different breeds are released into natural reservoirs.

More than 1300 cars have already been tested for environmental friendliness in Tatarstan. This time, the raid as part of Operation Clean Air took place in Nizhnekamsk.

From January 1 to July 12, the stations of the Ministry of Ecology performed 2,361 million measurements, including five automatic air pollution control stations in Kazan performed more than 721 thousand measurements.
