5,013 appeals received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year have been resolved
Environmentalists have resolved 5,013 appeals out of 5,411 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since January 1 of this year.
The most urgent problem that Tatarstan residents complain about remains the problem of landfills and untimely garbage collection. Of the 5,411 complaints, 2,790 are complaints about unauthorized waste disposal. The Ministry of Ecology also received 867 requests on atmospheric air quality, 563 on water quality, and 42 on environmental issues. In addition, 1,149 requests were received on other topics.
As for communication channels, 1,674 messages were received through the School Ecopatrol mobile application, 2,441 through the Ministry's Internet reception, 1,130 notifications through the People's Control system, and 166 requests were sent through the POC feedback platform.
