Results of the final stage of the All-Russian Ecology Olympiad of 2017 among students of 9-11 grades were summed up in the University of Industrial Technology and Design, St. Petersburg. This year teams from 64 regions of the Russian Federation took part in it. A team of schoolchildren from the Republic of Tatarstan won the maximum number of awards, thus becoming the leader in the Russian Federation in the category “Ecology”.

May 11 is the Establishment Day of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On this occasion, the Head of Rosprirodnadzor Artem Sidorov congratulated the staff of the Ministry: “The protection, reproduction, and rational use of natural resources is, without exaggeration, the most important state tasks that you carry out”. Samples of melt water in locations of unauthorized snow dumps detected in winter, were selected by specialists of the Central Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control (CSIAC) of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. This time the analyzes were carried out on three sites: on the territory of the industrial facility on the Technicheskaya str. of Kazan, between the Zakieva and Minskaya streets (near the river Noxa), ​​and in the Aviastroitelny district, north-east of 141 on the Centralno-Mariupolskaya street (near the river Sukhaya).

Sanitary-ecological route was done by the people who care for natural resources within the framework of the action #ECOvesna2017. The inspectors of the Volga-Kama territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, specialists from the Chistopol branch of the inspection of small vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan, students of the Kazan Innovation University joined the environmental event. ECO-route of tourists passed through the Pristan forest, it began on a spring and ended on the Krutaya Gora.

On the eve of the 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, specialists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan congratulated the war veteran Vildanov Agzamedin Imamovich, a resident of the village of Elhovo, Almetyevsky district. Agzamedin Imamovich was an artilleryman during the war.

The meeting with veterans of the Great Patriotic War took place in the Priiksky territorial office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the eve of the Great Victory Day, the management team congratulated the veterans who, in turn, shared their stories about life before the war and how their fate developed during the harsh years of the Great Patriotic War. The veterans were presented with St. George's ribbons to remind once again of the price of the victory. It is a symbol of memory, connections of generations, and military glory.

In the Volga-Kama territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, certificates were handed to public inspectors for environmental protection. Head of the Department Rafis Ahmetzyanov conducted a training course, and public inspectors were provided with materials that include the necessary information for the work. They learned about environmental law, interaction with offenders, and fixing of the violations revealed.

The regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan launched the national contest “Ecology of native land”.
The contest is aimed at attracting the attention of the public and the young generation of RT to solving environmental issues of their native land. To participate, it is necessary to prepare and implement the project in the territory of the republic before September 10 of this year in one of the directions:

The participants expressed cordial gratitude for the peaceful sky to the participants of the battle near Moscow Nina Styashina, participant of the Battle of Kursk Kasim Salimgareyev, and participant in the Battle of Berlin Alexei Belousov.
