Numerous punch items found by inspectors of Ministry of Ecology led to resolution of issue: treatment facilities in Orekhovka to be modernized until September of this year

Today, an agreement has been concluded with LLC “RPC Security Standards” for the project development. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Tatarstan regularly visited the territory of Lake Bezymyannoye in the settlement. Orekhovka. During the survey of the lake, a discharge of domestic wastewater from biological treatment facilities belonging to LLC “MC Orekhovka” was detected (specialists of the laboratory of the Ministry repeatedly sampled sewage waters, and exceeding of standards for the permissible discharge of harmful (polluting) substances were detected). The management company was repeatedly prosecuted under art. 8.13 p.4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, under art. 8.6 p.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, according to article 7.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, art.19.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, art. 8.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The total amount of the fine was more than 150.000 rubles. The damage to the water body amounted to 3.8 million rubles.
In order to resolve the issue in favor of the water body, the inspector of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology filed a lawsuit to the Novo-Savinovsky District Court of the Republic of Tatarstan on obliging LLC MC Orekhovka to obtain a permit for water use and to bring the quality of discharged sewage from the treatment facilities in line with the norm. The court decision satisfied the claims in full. All violations must be eliminated before September 2017.
