The project is dedicated to the Year of water protection zones of the Volga and Kama rivers, which on the initiative of the acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will take place in 2016. "Ecological expedition" is implemented jointly with the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the public movement "Together with the President", Chistopol and municipalities novosheshminsk districts, with the aim of attracting public attention to the problems of the ecological status
Inspectors of the State Inspection of Ecological Surveillance under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of illegal extraction of common mineral resources. On July 30, 2015 the raid with regard to the information provided by citizens through hotline of the Ministry on illegal quarry development near Staraya Tura village of Vysokaya Gora district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the site of illegal quarry development (unauthorized extraction of black soil) fellow workers of the Ministry together with prosecutor’s office of Vysokaya gora district of the Republic and fellow workers of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Vysokaya Gora district of the Republic of Tatarstan took in custody a wheel-mounted power shovel with no registration plates and two KAMAZ trucks loadedIn order to ensure more efficient prevention of violations of nature protection legislation, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan will implement material stimulation for citizens who provided information on the violation of nature protection legislation and registered the offender or the vehicle as of August 1, 2015. The citizens who assisted in registration of facts of discharge of production and consumption waste or the facts of illegal development of quarries (unauthorized extraction of common mineral resources) will receive 1,000 (one thousand) rubles. Implementation of such a system will allow to foster the main efforts to identify and punish those who committed this or that violation.
Payments will be effected on the account of budget funds of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of theToday, the interactive educational Water Alley with technological and creative amusement rides was opened in Kazan on the square in front of the theatre of G. Kamal. The solemn ceremony included the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov, Director of the Department for State Policy and Regulation in the field of water resources under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kirillov, Ambassadors of the World Championship: Vice-President of the All-Russian Diving Federation Gleb Galperin, chief coach of the water polo team “Synthesis-Academy” Irek Zinnurov, the President of the Underwater Sports Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Shiller.
The “Ecological expedition” to small rivers of the Republic of Tatarstan is to start on August 3, 2015 on the initiative of the local branch of the Russian Geographical Society in Chistopol. The youth underwater and research team of the Russian Geographical Society will accomplish the float by catamaran ships along such rivers as Sheshma, Prost, and Kama. The float will start on August 3 at 10 am in the Novosheshminsk village, and it will finish on August 6 in Chistopol. The expedition team comprises two groups: the floating group that will be travelling by river and the group of technical support that will accompany the first group along the whole route by cars.
The project is devoted to the Year of water protection areas of the Volga and Kama rivers that will be heldX all-Russian conference "Industrial ecology and safety", dedicated to Anatoly schepovskikh following areas:

The work on equipment of gas filling stations with systems for collection and recuperation of motor fuel vapors go on in Tatarstan. Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan familiarized today with operation of the system of fuel vapor recuperation at a gas filling station of “Gefest” LLC in Kazan on 12a Zakieva str.
In the course of the first stage – up to the end of 2015 — facilities for supply of oil products carry out work on equipment of gas filling stations owned by them within the time limits of the approved programsThe Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the start of the 4th Open Republican Youth Contest of Social Ecological Advertisement “Clear view”.
The contest is aimed at involvement of the population in solution of problems regarding environment protection, providing of young people with a possibility to express their attitude to this or that problem in the field of ecology. Pieces of work should feature ideas and approaches to solution of the most burning ecological problems of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of air, water and land resources, in the field of management of production and consumption waste, as well as in the matters related to ecological education of the young generation.
