The campaign “Collect used batteries — save the planet” was held at the municipal budgetary secondary educational establishment “Vocational school No. 27 with lessons in Tatar” in 48 Esperanto str. of Vakhitovsky district of Kazan. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Pupils of the 4th form collected more than 2,000 pieces of used batteries. The pupils were told about the necessity of collection, correct recovery and processing of such wastes.
The 8th All-Russian Festival of Ecological Films “Russian Elementary Cinema” was held on September 16-18th in Novosibirsk.
This year the festival became an experimental platform where various fields of humanitarian knowledge were joined including the art of cinemaand ecology, while the aim of a new form of social conscience lies in eco-culture. A round table “Modern media for solution of ecological problems. Formation of eco-culture” was held in the framework of the Festival of ecological films.
Experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the bottom of the river Volga in the area of the beach “Locomotive” together with representatives of the Tatar Department of the Russian Geographical Society in the framework of monitoring of the Kuybyshev Reservoir. Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – Chief State Inspector for Nature Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Ramil Nizamov participated in the submerging.
Today, the Republican ecological and educational campaign “Lesson of cleanliness” was held in secondary educational establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan, and it was devoted to the International Day of Ozone Layer Protection. The Republican ecological and educational campaign “Lesson of cleanliness” will be held on September 16 at educational establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan on the occasion of the International Day for Ozone Layer Protection.
The event is aimed at distribution of ecological knowledge among the young generation of the Republic, fostering of responsible attitude to the natural resources and the environment, formation of ecological mind, support and development of the system of continuous ecological education and enlightenment in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Experts of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected production capacities of the sole entrepreneur Krasotkina S.A. in Naberezhnye Chelny in the framework of the state ecological surveillance and air monitoring in the area of the village Elevatornaya Gora.
Training regarding installation and operation of the application “School eco-patrol” for fellow workers of the Ministry was carried out today in the videoconference mode at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project was elaborated by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan for pupils of secondary educational establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan. The concept of the contest implies that each pupil who has a mobile phone can register landfills after classes and send photos through a filter of the call center, where statistics is formed with regard to each pupil, class, school and municipality.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an inspection of the limited liability company “Promochistka” located in Nurlat, Kuybysheva str. 59А. In the course of the inspection it was established that the company committed violation of part 2 Article 11 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. Waste waters from treatment facilities of “Promochistka” LLC were discharged to the floodplain of the Kondurcha river without relevant documents, on the basis whereof the right accrues to use the water facility.
