InspectorsoftheCis-KamaTerritorialDepartmentundertheMinistryofEcologyandNaturalResourcesoftheRepublicofTatarstanrevealedextractionof commonly occurring mineral resources (clay) onApril 1st, 2015 together with fellow workers of the Economic Crime Unit under Komsomolsky Department of Internal Affairs on the total area of 7,150 square meters on the territory of Komsomolsky district of Naberezhnye Chelny in the course of the state ecological monitoring.

Commonly occurring mineral resources were extracted by one of the companies of Naberezhnye Chelny using an excavator HITACHI and an auto-loader HYUNDAI without state plates, and clay was loaded on to KAMAZs. At present, the investigation is carried out and the information is being collected with regard to persons implicated in this crime. All in all, the extent of extracted commonly occurring mineral resources amounted to more than 100 thousand tons. Preliminary damage was estimated to22 million 659 thousand 565 rubles. The materials were referred to Police Department No. 2 “Komsomolsky” in Naberezhnye Chelny for them to make a decision on initiation of criminal proceedings.
