March 20 is the day of the vernal equinox, from this moment day and night become equal in duration. The equinox symbolizes harmony, when nature itself comes to balance. The holiday is celebrated all over the world, emphasizing the unity of humanity in caring for the planet.

The ecological and educational forum "It will be clean in every corner" was held in the Baltasinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. 84 eco-activists from 5 organizations of the district gathered to learn about current environmental projects and competitions held in the republic.

An environmental lesson "A clean city starts with you" was held for the second-graders of Lyceum No. 2 in Bugulma. Inspectors from the Southeastern Department talked about the urban environment and how to comply with it. Each of the students offered their own ideas for cleaning up the city from garbage and the need for clean-up days.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed a violation of environmental legislation during the monitoring. Unauthorized storage of construction waste was discovered on Pervomaiskaya Street in Almetyevsk. 

During the monitoring of Mamadysh, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation. Unauthorized storage of household and construction waste was found on Pobedy Lane. 

Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology conducted an exciting environmental lesson at the Romashka kindergarten in Buinsk. The topic of the lesson "Useful and harmful products in ecology" aroused great interest among the kids.

During the monitoring of the agricultural sector, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.  Environmentalists found unauthorized storage of construction waste on Agryzskaya Street.     

Applications for the All-Russian Children's Environmental Forum "Great Rivers of Russia through the Eyes of Children" are accepted until May 25. The forum will become a platform for schoolchildren who are engaged in research and project activities, as well as for organizations involved in environmental protection.

After an appeal from residents about the discharge of wastewater in Nizhnekamsk, inspectors from the Zakamsky department promptly went to the scene of the violation. They identified the discharge of sewage from a car wash on Mendeleev Street. Environmentalists took samples of water and soil.
  

Inspectors from the Zavolzhsky department conducted eco-lessons on "Living eco-friendly in a megalopolis" at Lyceum No. 2 in Buinsk.
