The kids of the Nurlat school took the first steps in studying ecology
Inspectors of the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an environmental lesson "Take care of your planet" for first-graders of Nurlat school No. 2. The children got acquainted with the word "ecology" and what is meant by this concept, learned about why it is necessary to conserve water, preserve forests and nature around. In order to consolidate new knowledge about environmental science, the guys answered environmental questions and discussed the video "Our planet Earth".
At the end of the educational eco-lesson, the first-graders received coloring books about ecology from the Ministry as a gift. Now, with new knowledge, it will be more interesting for them to explore and learn the world around them, as well as spend time in nature.
Inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan often meet with children and share interesting knowledge and facts about the environment with them in order to form an understanding of the value and importance of nature conservation in children from an early age. This is how the Ministry supports the goals of the national Environmental Well-being project.
