Violation of the requirements of the Water Code has been eliminated in Almetyevsk district
Earlier, based on information received from the Committee of Land and Property Relations and Urban Development of the Almetyevsk district, inspectors from the South-Eastern Directorate went to inspect the territory of the village of Novoe Kashirovo. As a result, it was discovered along Tavabilov Street that there are traces of a change in the riverbed near the Ursala River. A channel was dug to divert a tributary of the river, which is a violation of the requirements of art. 11 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk district.
During the re-inspection, the inspectors of the Southeastern Department recorded that the violation had been eliminated, and the natural state of the riverbed had been restored.
