Open Day for small and medium businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held on January 23 at 16.00 in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan (Pavlyuhina 75, office 301). Experts will answer questions related to the reporting of the formation, use, detoxificationand disposal of waste resulted from of economic or other activity that must be submitted before 1 March 2017. The reporting is required to clearly understand what kind of waste and in what quantities is produced, and to which specialized organizations such waste is moved in accordance with the agreementsconcluded. Open Day will be held in all regional offices of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Mining and extractionare under special control. Starting this year, each water craftextracting common useful minerals on the water will be connected to thenational information system of the Republic of Tatarstan using the GLONASS satellite navigation equipment, or GLONASS/GPS. So, the message about the dirty snow discharge in the Kazankariver has been received. Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan FaridAbdulganiyevtook part in the inspection on unauthorized snow dumps today. As compared to the previous year, their number decreased by almost a quarter, the Minister noted. And volumes too. Accordingto Abdulganiev, this is the result of intense work in this area and close cooperation with people: “As a rule, unauthorized snow dumps appear on the same sites, and these sites are under our close attention. Day and nightchecks are regularly conducted. Today, our task is to prevent the violation of environmental laws. In the previous year we found 207 unauthorized snowdumps, while only 53for the same period
