The 20th International Scientific Industrial forum "Great Rivers" (environmental, hydrometeorological, energy safety) "ICEF" will be held on May 15-18 in Nizhny Novgorod. The forum will become a place of demonstration of advanced technologies, a platform for sharing practical experiences and discussing the main issues of the industry. 

Residents of Almetyevsk can deliver the used batteries into the special containers. The receiving points for hazardous waste have been placed in 41 points of the city.

So,  the Ecology Day was held in the Nizhnemeteskin school of the Arsk district, which was aimed at improvement of ecological culture among teenagers and upbringing of careful attitude to natural resources. 

The final stage of the Republican Olympiad of schoolchildren on ecology and the regional stage of the All Russia Olympiad have been finalized in Kazan.  More than 140 schoolchildren of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in this event this year.  

New treatment facilities will be built on the Kaleikino railway station this year. The construction of this facility will be carried out based on the agreement, signed between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the administration of the Almetyevsk municipal region.

On 15-16 of March 2018 Saint Petersburg will host the XXth International Ecological Congress "Atmosphere – 2018". The representatives of Federal Executive authorities, including the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for supervision of natural resources, Federal service for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring, Federal Service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare,

The All Russia youth scientific-practical conference "Geosciences: problems, achievements and prospects of development" will be held on 27-28 of April 2018 in the North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov. The students, undergraduates, graduate students and young scientists will participate in the event.
