Dirty snowpack in the Pestrechinsk district. Inspectors from the Central Territorial Department identified the guilty persons

2500 m2 of dirty snow. The pile, formed from the snow, which removed from the roads, was by the inhabitants of Pestrechinsk district. The ecologists arrived to the site with the purpose of  circumstances clarification. The experts from the Central Territorial Department under Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded the content of heavy metals, reagents and petroleum products. The inspectors explained that the pollutants, identified in the composition of snow were hazardous. They can penetrate into the soil while melting, and then together with groundwater can reach waterways. For non-compliance with environmental and sanitary and epidemiological requirements during handling wastes of production and consumption, substances that deplete the ozone layer, or other hazardous substances the violators were brought to responsibility under Article 8.2 of the   Administrative Code of RF. A fine can be imposed to the management company.
