Damages in gas and dust removal facility of Naberezhnye Chelnyenterprise caused discharge of contaminated substances into the atmosphere. Inspectors of Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources put on record infringement of air resources conservation regulations.The environmental staff also found out that the enterprise operates without draft standards of maximum permissible dischargesand permit for air emissions (polluting substances). 

There was a barrier to Noksa river free access and unauthorized wastedisposal. Inspectors of Central Territorial Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources identifiedtwo violations side by side, at one section of Zelenaya Polyana Street in the Soviet district of Kazan.
