There was a barrier to Noksa river free access and unauthorized wastedisposal. Inspectors of Central Territorial Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources identifiedtwo violations side by side, at one section of Zelenaya Polyana Street in the Soviet district of Kazan. The inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology have uncovered an unauthorized reinforced concrete refusetipping on 42sq.m. area, behind the fence. Offenderswere prosecuted under Art. 8.2. and Art. 8.12.1 of Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
