Environmental staff of Prikamsky Administration has obligatedNaberezhnye Chelnyenterprise to reconsider quality of the gas-cleaning plant

Damages in gas and dust removal facility of Naberezhnye Chelnyenterprise caused discharge of contaminated substances into the atmosphere. Inspectors of Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources put on record infringement of air resources conservation regulations.The environmental staff also found out that the enterprise operates without draft standards of maximum permissible dischargesand permit for air emissions (polluting substances). The elicited factsare considered the violation of Art. 14 and 30 of the Federal Law “On the Protection of Atmospheric Air” of 04.05.1999 year No. 96-FZ and the GeneralOperational Requirements for Gas and Dust Removal Facilities.The inspectors of Prikamsky Administration have drawn up an administrative protocol according to part 3 of Article 8.21 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation in relation to the head of the enterprise. The environmental staff hasobligated the enterprise to undertake the necessary measures to eliminate the violation within two weeks, develop draft standards of maximum permissible dischargesand obtainpermit for airemissionsbefore September 12, 2018.The environmental staff has submitted this case files to Naberezhnye Chelny city court.
