Have you wondered what happens to a newspaper, magazine or brochure after you read it? If you throw it out, it will be in a landfill, where it will have to peacefully rot away among other garbage. And if you donate it as a secondary raw material, then it will get a second life. First, the entire waste paper is sorted into paper and cardboard, then it will be recycled. In Nizhnekamsk, a campaign was held to collect paper recycling, organized by the Children's Ecological and Biological Center and the MOBECO company.

Role of adults is to teach children to try to enter into a good dialogue with the world and nature, because they are observant and attentive to the words of adults, they well distinguish positive and negative in their actions. In our time, the problems of environmental education have come to the fore, and they are receiving more and more attention. In order to foster environmental education an environmental lesson was held in the premises of "Fedorovskiy secondary school named after E.G.Tutayev" in Kaybitskiy district.

In 2018, 10,574 messages were received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Office. Most of them – 5,605 - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. According to the “People’s control” system, ecologists reviewed 1,339 messages, 1,340 notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, “Hotline” communication channels. 2,290 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.

Children of the Chistopol kindergarten No. 20 entered the ranks of young nature conservationists - ekolyat-preschoolers. Here was the “Journey to the Fairytale Forest”, where children got acquainted with forest inhabitants: they learned the world of birds, learned where insects hid in the cold season and how different animals hibernate. Experts of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan told their young assistants about the rules of behavior in the winter forest, and how to properly make a bird feeder.

The most environmentally friendly enterprises, educational institutions teaching to preserve nature, social activists concerned with environmental problems and journalists, educating people on environmental issues are among them.

The results of the republican competition “ECO-leader” were summed up today in cultural and entertainment center “Pyramida”.

In the course of administrative investigation, it was established that the organization that carries out maintenance and repair of motor vehicles has heated the production premises with the help of pyrolysis hot water boiler.

When burning wood in the burner there are pollutant emissions emitted through the smoke pipes into the atmospheric air. Emission of these pollutants is prohibited to any extent and concentration. The instructions were issued for that cause.

Administrative charges for the amount over 400 thousand rubles were imposed on Kazan, Zelenodolsk and Laishevo management companies for non-compliance with container sites maintenance requirements. The facts of littering the territories were revealed by Central Territorial Department inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in December of the current year.
