The ill-timed removal of solid municipal waste resulted in administrative charges for Kazan, Zelenodolsk and Laishevo management companies

Administrative charges for the amount over 400 thousand rubles were imposed on Kazan, Zelenodolsk and Laishevo management companies for non-compliance with container sites maintenance requirements. The facts of littering the territories were revealed by Central Territorial Department inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in December of the current year. The environmental experts have drawn up administrative protocols under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation against Laishevo and Zelenodolsk towns, Kirovsky, Moscovsky, Sovietsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan upon the facts of non-compliance with production and consumption wastes management requirements.
