The new law on horticultural non-profit partnerships (FZ-459 dated December 29, 2014 as amended by FZ-217 dated July 29, 2017) established that from January 1, 2020, gardeners are required to obtain a license to use wells for water production for household needs. Additional information can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the section Activities of the Ministry - Useful Information - Legislation on licensing wells in SNT.

7,176 requests were received by the Republican Public Reception of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

4,092 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

A delegation of environmentalists from the Moscow Region, led by First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow Region Vladislav Kholodkov and Head of the Information Technology Department Denis Savchenkov, arrived today on a working visit to the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Shadrikov, acquainted his colleagues with the supervisory equipment used to examine the territory of the republic and promptly respond to cases of violation of environmental laws. “We have one common task - preservation of the country's natural wealth. I am very glad that in the framework of this meeting we exchanged experience in introducing advanced technologies into our daily work”, said Aleksandr Shadrikov, thanking colleagues for the meeting.

Today, work continued on Maryino Lake to clean the surface of the water from algae. Employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with active volunteers spent the second day of the Saturday voluntary clean-up day. Note that since the beginning of the Clean Shores environmental campaign, more than 300 water bodies have been cleaned in the republic. In total, more than 6,000 people took part in the events.

On August 4, 2019, the eco-quest “Clean Games” will take place in Nizhnee zarechye of Kazan. Within 2-3 hours, teams will collect garbage in a certain territory, and earn points, which later can be used to obtain additional equipment. Winners will receive prizes, and all collected garbage will be sent for recycling. Bags and gloves will be issued on site. To participate in the game, you must register at https://cleangames.ru/events/kazan4. Children under 14 years old can only take part in accompaniment of adults.

The shore of Maryino Lake has become cleaner! Today, within the framework of the “Clean Shores” campaign, employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan have cleared a favorite resting place for citizens. Volunteers - not indifferent residents of the city joined the campaign. There was plenty of garbage: glass, plastic bottles, metal cans, old cans. In a couple of hours of working together, the participants managed to collect and transport several dozen bags of waste. They also began to clear the lake from algae.

Today, celebrations in honor of the 25th anniversary of the “Biosphere” Republican Environmental Camp-School for gifted children took place at the Duslyk Health and Education Complex in Kazan.

Non-Governmental Environmental Fund named after V.I. Vernadsky and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation together with the All-Russian Society for the Nature Conservation, ANO Expocentre “Russian Nature Reserves” and the Interregional Ecological Public Organization GREENLIFE announced the holding of the II All-Russian competition “The Best Eco-Volunteer Team”. Applications are accepted until September 30, 2019. Awarding of the winners of the Competition will take place in Moscow on October 28–31, 2019 as part of the All-Russian Conference on Environmental Education.

Employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan are conducting weekly monitoring of the water quality of the Kuibyshev reservoir. Today, environmentalists on a patrol boat “Siberia 460” once again went into a preventive raid on the Kazanka river. Specialists of the environmental protection laboratory made repeated sampling of water for 15 indicators.

The release of dark matter from the ground into the air near the gas pipeline frightened the inhabitants of Narat-Asty village of Muslyumovskiy district. Arriving at the site, environmentalists found that the release of natural gas was due to the deterioration of the pipe. Further, environmentalists transferred materials on this case to the Tatar Environmental Inter-district Prosecutor's Office to resolve the issue of initiating administrative proceedings.
