Changes to groundwater use rules for gardeners

The new law on horticultural non-profit partnerships (FZ-459 dated December 29, 2014 as amended by FZ-217 dated July 29, 2017) established that from January 1, 2020, gardeners are required to obtain a license to use wells for water production for household needs.
