Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found violators during the unauthorized removal of the fertile soil layer in the Durasovo village of Leninogorskiy district. Illegal actions were carried out using specialized equipment. At the time of the environmental survey, the area of disturbed lands was 172 square meters. Upon the unauthorized removal and movement of the fertile soil layer, the Leninogorsk enterprise was held administratively liable under Part 1 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, a fine was imposed. In addition, the offender will have to rehabilitate the land.
Today, colleagues from the Buryat Republic and the Kurgan Region got acquainted with the experience of Tatarstan in the field of ecology and the protection of natural resources. The meeting was led by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of environmental protection Fayaz Shakirov.
The contest is organized by the Republican Center for Extracurricular Activities, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the City Children's Ecological and Biological Center in Kazan, the Regional Department of the Russian Schoolchildren Movement.
The event can be attended by both newly created and already existing environmental groups with at least four members, formed on the basis of organizations of general and additional education, children's public associations.

Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an eco-lesson at the Secondary School No. 23 “Manager” in Almetyevsk. The purpose of the event is to educate schoolchildren in the proper handling of household waste. The theoretical part of the lesson smoothly turned into a game form to consolidate the studied material.
“Earth is visible in the luminaire”. Today pupils of kindergarten No. 190 of Kazan performed in creative costumes made of plastic, paper and other materials, with the popular song of the “Zemlyane” group. The festival was dedicated to the separate collection of garbage. Representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan, the regional operators for MSW management in Tatarstan - “Grinta” and CC “PZhKH” also took part in the event.
An environmental lesson on topic “Water resources. Seas of Russia” was held in the Ivashkinsky secondary school of Cheremshanskiy district. The event was attended by pupils of grades 5-8, they revealed the environmental issues of the country's water bodies, consolidated knowledge in a playful way. According to the brochures, the pupils guessed interactive crosswords and actively participated in master classes.
In August this year, an unauthorized landfill of construction waste on the outskirts of Almetyevsk town was detected during an airlift. During the inspection of the territory, two piles of garbage were discovered. The total landfill area was 24.38 sq.m. Among the garbage, incoming documentation of the Kaleikino oil pumping station facility of Transneft Prikamye AO was found. The violator faces a fine of 800 thousand rubles.
An environmental lesson was conducted for pupils of the kindergarten “Solnyshko” of Kaleikino railway station village. At the event, with participation of specialists from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the children solved riddles on the autumn theme, sang songs, classified birds according to the categories of “migratory - wintering” and determined which tree the fallen leaf belongs to.
Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny complained about an unauthorized dump in the territory of one of the garden associations. Employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan made a trip to the address indicated in the message. In relation to the official, a protocol on an administrative offense is drawn up according to part 1 of article 8.2. The violator faces a fine of 10,000 rubles.
Fluorescent lamps, waste tires, old vehicles. Inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found all this in the coastal strip of the Yalkhov River in Naberezhnye Chelny. The area of waste pollution amounted to 13 sq.m. Environmentalists noted that a violation of the requirements for the protection of a water body could lead to its pollution.
