Today, a republican scientific and practical environmental conference for schoolchildren “Ecology, the City and We” was held on the basis of secondary school No. 22 of Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was initiated by the Republican Olympiad Center, the Department of Education and Youth Affairs of the Executive Committee of the city, and the Children's Ecological and Biological Center No. 4.

Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a survey of the land plot and the coastal strip of the water body of the Lesnoi Zai river. A resident of Almetyevskiy district installed a metal fence along a reservoir. An order was issued to eliminate the identified violations.

All this qualitatively distinguishes the republic in order to consider it as a platform for implementation of measures to preserve and restore the population of the cat family. At present, the issue of construction of a Center for Study of Rare Species of Cats in Tatarstan is being studied, which will include the study of the snow leopard. It is worth noting that previously there were no such places for research in order to preserve and support the existence of purebred groups in captivity.

Employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation of the rules for using the water protection zone in Naberezhnye Chelny. A resident arranged a car wash in the territory of the garage cooperative near the Yalkhov river. In relation to an individual, a protocol on an administrative violation has been drawn up under part 1 of article 8.42 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. In the current 2019, 247 such violations were detected at water bodies of regional significance.

Young and ambitious leaders of Tatarstan - participants of the republican contest “Up!” presented their solutions to environmental issues. On the basis of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, defense and presentation of the decision of management cases, as well as individual interviews with participants of the contest took place.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and police officers carried out a joint raid on the territory of Leninigorsk. The survey revealed a violation of land law. On the site of one of the enterprises an unauthorized landfill with an area of ​​225 square meters was discovered. As verification showed, the site was not equipped with a waterproof coating, and was also not covered. To date, an administrative investigation is underway and protocols will be drawn up on identified facts.

Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan shared their knowledge with the pupils of kindergarten No. 4 of Leninogorsk. The kids were told about solid municipal waste and separate waste collection. They learned that most of what is thrown away can be recycled.

On October 25-26, 2019, the III Meeting of young naturalists of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the “Zvezdny” recreation camp in Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was attended by over 200 children from about 20 regions of the republic. Young nature lovers met with the Head of the Federal Children’s Ecological and Biological Center Vladimir Mennikov, the Head of the Department of Information Systems and Environmental Education of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Valiullin.

11,880 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

7,299 of them were received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, ecologists examined 1,217 messages received through the People’s Control system, and 1,565 notifications by e-mail, the Ministry’s hot line and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 1,799 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
