The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Agency for Investment Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal and Kaukointernational (Finland). Based on the agreement, the Finnish company is starting to develop proposals for restoration of silt fields in Kazan. Kaukointernational is ready to present a presentation in 3 months.
The photo contest is organized to demonstrate the results of implementation of projects of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of national projects implemented in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 of May 07, 2018 “On the national goals and strategic objectives of development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024”.
The best works based on the results of the district selection and applications for participation in the Photo Contest are sent to the tender commission until December 15, 2019 to the email address natsproekty/konkurs@mail.ru.
Innovative solutions in terms of environmental safety were presented today by Kaukointernational in Kazan. The Head of the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, met with the Finnish delegation led by the President of the company, Nyyles Ayrola. Employees of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an environmental lesson in the “Lyceum - boarding school (school for gifted children) in Buinsk”. The purpose of the lesson was to teach schoolchildren to separate waste collection. Pupils in an interactive format talked about what is happening with the garbage, how to get rid of it, and what percentage of the home bucket can be sent for recycling.
Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, at the request of the Tatar Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, went to take soil samples at the site of the leakage of oil products to determine the level of negative environmental impact. According to the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, the oil emulsion spilled on the territory of the Shugurovskiy rural settlement of Leninogorskiy district. The area of contaminated soil was 145 square meters. The survey materials will be transferred to the Tatar Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office for adoption of prosecutorial response measures.
12,507 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan since the beginning of the year.
7,713 of them came through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. Also, ecologists examined 1,314 messages received via the People’s Control system, and 1,615 notifications by e-mail, the Ministry’s hot line and WhatsApp, Telegram channels. 1,865 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
According to the complaint of local residents, employees of the South-Eastern Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources discovered an unauthorized dump in Leninogorskiy district. The area of cluttering amounted to 30 square meters. To date, the territory has been cleared, 45 cubic meters of garbage have been removed for recycling.
In Almetyevsk, a campaign to receive clothes in exchange for seedlings was held. Spent tires were placed on the soil, on the area of 28.5 square meters. Administrative protocols have been drawn up for a legal entity. An administrative fine was imposed in the amount of 500 thousand rubles and an order was issued on eliminating the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense.
6 winners - grant holders were determined the day before at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. A record number of participants - 26 - was announced to participate in the competition for subsidies to socially oriented non-profit organizations in the field of environmental safety. Projects are being implemented in 2020.
