A concrete truck driver on the outskirts of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny was caught in a dirty activity. Inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, examining the territory with a quadrocopter, recorded an environmental violation. Caught unawares, the driver discharged sewage sludge from the car wash.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration revealed the fact of mining (sand) on the territory of Cheremshanskiy district, Tuymetkino village. During the investigation, it was found that the license for the use of subsoil by the enterprise OOO Tuymetkinsky Sand Quarry was violated. The organization conducted work on extraction of minerals on lands of inappropriate categories.

Employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a lesson in environmental literacy at school No. 12 of Naberezhnye Chelny. During the event, environmentalists discussed with pupils important issues related to environmental protection: proper waste management, saving of natural resources.

Employees of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded a violation of environmental laws in Apastovo village. As it turned out during the audit, the contractor during the construction of the football ground allowed the discharge of waste in the form of plastic containers and polyethylene film. The area of ​​cluttering amounted to 32 sq.m. Currently, the territory is in good condition.

The fact of violation of the rules of water use during water withdrawal was revealed by employees of the Southeast Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Cheremshanskiy district. The company was taking water from the Sheshma river on the basis of a water use agreement. But during the inspection it turned out that the meter was malfunctioning, which leads to a violation of the terms of this agreement.

A camera trap recorded a loader and a truck transporting sand. The camera was installed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Technical Administration on the territory of the Staromikhaylovsky rural settlement of Almetyevskiy district.

At present, the perpetrators - the owners of the loader and the MAZ automobile - are being identified, administrative proceedings are being conducted in accordance with Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses.

In 2019, the Ministry held 79 tenders and concluded contracts on them: 24 - in the form of an open tender in electronic form, 55 - in the form of an electronic auction. 37 purchases were completed. For the analyzed period, upon the appeal of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, information on 2 suppliers is included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers.

The construction organization dug a pit and dumped all accumulated garbage into it. Thus, the intruder wanted to save on waste collection. In relation to the legal entity, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under Part 3 of Art. 8.2 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

In order to popularize the ecological worldview, employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an eco-lesson for pupils of Lyceum No. 5 in Kazan. Environmentalists in an interesting and accessible form told children about the rules of behavior in nature. Pupils learned what role a person plays in protecting the world.

TSK GARANT will pay 2,805,000 rubles for dumping waste onto the soil. The clutter of the territory adjacent to the gas station in Bugulma town was revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in May last year. Upon the fact of illegal storage on a plot of 785 sq.m, the enterprise was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation by imposing a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
