Spent tires were placed on the soil, on the area of ​​28.5 square meters. Administrative protocols have been drawn up for a legal entity. An administrative fine was imposed in the amount of 500 thousand rubles and an order was issued on eliminating the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense.
