The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received appeals from citizens about unauthorized landfills in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny through the People's Control system. Inspectors from the Kama Department conducted field visits.

As part of the monitoring of the Baltasinsky district, inspectors from the Northern Directorate revealed a violation of environmental legislation. 

As part of the survey of the territory of the Tukayevsky district by inspectors of the Kama Department, the fact of restriction of free access to the shoreline of the Shilna River was revealed, and the violator also used the water body without a water use agreement.

In Tatarstan, work continues on the implementation of environmental protection measures at the expense of local budget revenues from environmental revenues. The events are formed within the framework of agreements concluded between the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committees of the districts.

Inspectors of the Priiksky department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed a number of violations on the part of the enterprise in the Bavli district. Alexandrovsky Biotechnological Combine LLC was held accountable for the following offenses: use of a water body without an appropriate permit, non-compliance with environmental requirements during the operation of facilities and structures, failure to comply with the obligation to apply for state registration of facilities that have a negative impact on the environment, damage to land, as well as violations of requirements for the protection of water bodies, which may lead to their contamination.

During the survey of the Tukayevsky and Yelabuga districts, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed restrictions on residents' free access to water. According to the Water Code of the Russian Federation, the coastal strip is intended for general use and access to it must be free.

As part of the review of notifications received through the People's Control system, inspectors from the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology conducted a survey of the territory of the Privolzhsky district. During the monitoring, the facts of the placement of unauthorized landfills in the village of Mirny and in the residential area of Salmachi were confirmed.

During the inspection of the territory of the Mamadyshsky district by inspectors of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology, a violation of environmental legislation was revealed. In the village of Sokolka, environmentalists have identified the dumping of wood, household and plant waste, as well as waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings. The area of the illegal landfill is 72 square meters, and the volume is 29 cubic meters.

During the inspection of the Mamadyshsky district by inspectors of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, a violation of environmental legislation was revealed. In the village of Malmyzhka on Gagarin Street, environmentalists discovered an unauthorized landfill of waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings, as well as wood and unsorted housing waste.
