As the inspectors established, individuals organized the excavation of the land for the extraction of ferrous metal scrap. In relation to the guilty person, an administrative protocol under Part 1 of Article.8.6 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Unauthorized removal or movement of a fertile layer of soil" was drawn up.

Broken concrete products, plastic films, waste twigs and branches were revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Promyshlennaya street. The ecologists recorded the violation of environmental legislation using a quadrocopter during the raid. “This waste was dumped on the ground in the form of heaps, piles and is randomly located within the boundaries of the land plot with an area of 58 679 square meters”, ecologists said.

The total area of ​​the unauthorized plot was 4,540 square meters, the volume - more than 5,900 cubic meters.
