Violations of environmental legislation have been eliminated in the Leninogorsk district on the instructions of environmentalists
On the territory of the Leninogorsk district, inspectors from the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed violations of environmental legislation. At the quarry of LLC Karkalinsky Crushed Stone, it was recorded that the company did not comply with the terms of the mining license. The company stored production waste, which is scrap concrete products, on agricultural land, which is not allowed. The area of the violation was 205 sq. m.
According to this fact, the company "Karkalinsky crushed stone" LLC was issued an order to eliminate the identified violations. A fine of 60 thousand rubles was also issued under Articles 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste) and 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (in terms of violation of the conditions stipulated by the license for the use of mineral resources). The damage to the soil was also calculated. It amounted to 132,245 rubles.
As of today, the company's management has fully complied with the requirements of environmentalists: the waste has been removed, the damage and the fine have been paid in full. In addition, the company has begun work on the reclamation of disturbed agricultural land.
