According to the letter of the Committee of External Improvement of the Executive Committee, the Kazan pipe is an accumulating reservoir of drainage water and is on the balance sheet of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Vodokanal".

Daily monitoring of atmospheric air quality is carried out by specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in connection with numerous requests from citizens. Departure of a mobile environmental laboratory is carried out for each signal about an unpleasant odor, including at night.
