Violation of the terms of use of mineral resources was revealed in the Pestrechinsky district
Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology, together with representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, conducted a survey of licensed areas in the territory of the Pestrechinsky district. Prior to the start of mining operations in the subsurface areas of Vostochno-Tatarsko-Khodyashevskoye, Togashevskoye, Pestrechinskoye and Konskoye, subsoil users need to change the category of land, as well as the type of permitted use.
No violations were recorded at three of the inspected sites – no mining operations were carried out before the re-registration. But LLC "Nedra Resource" violated the terms of the issued license by starting the development of mineral resources on agricultural lands.
To calculate the volume and area of illegally mined CUM, a second visit was carried out with the surveyor "NPO Geocenter RT". The results of the audit will be announced later.
