Environmentalists have revealed illegal road works in Kazan
Excavation work on Jalilovtsev Street in the Sovetsky district of Kazan alerted local residents, which they immediately reported to the Ministry of Ecology.
Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration conducted an on-site survey. At the time of the inspection, the presence of working equipment was not established, but the removal and relocation of the fertile soil layer on three land plots was confirmed.
According to this fact, the Ministry sent a request to the Committee of External Improvement of the Executive Committee of Kazan. According to the information received, no warrant was issued for the excavation of the road, and there is also no information about contractors.
The revealed fact indicates violations related to the rules of urban improvement. Materials for taking measures were transferred under the jurisdiction of the Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Executive Committee of Kazan.
