In the Laishevsky district, work to clean up two reservoirs within the framework of the federal project "Conservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology" is underway. Today, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Yegor Tarnavsky visited Derzhavino and Nikolskoye villages.

We remind that the construction of biological treatment facilities in the village of Koshchakovo of the Pestrechinsky district is entering the final stage. The work is carried out within the framework of the federal project "Improving the Volga River" of the "Ecology" national project, the implementation is 94%. 

Students of Lyceum No. 2 in Almetyevsk visited the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. Workers of the special inspection of analytical control conducted a tour of the laboratory for the children. The children were shown the procedure of sampling, chemical and toxicological analysis and revealed the secrets of chemical processes. The students were also introduced to the supervisory measures – state inspectors told how the state of water bodies, atmospheric air, land and subsoil is monitored.

On May 22, we invite everyone to take part in the eco-marathon of the All-Russian action "Water of Russia", dedicated to the Volga Day. The event will be held as part of "Ecology" national project on "Lower Zarechye" beach (Kazan, Moskovsky district). Registration of participants is at 10:30, start – at 11:00.

Today, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov made a helicopter flight, during which he inspected the work carried out within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period on the territory of the republic. The flight passed through Laishevsky, Mamadyshsky, Elabuga, Nizhnekamsk, Menzelinsky, Mendeleevsky districts.

Head of the Federal Agency for Water Resources Dmitry Kirillov and Acting Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov made a flight over the territory of the republic. The heads of departments examined the objects of protection of the population from the negative impact of water. This is a bank protection on the Kama river in the Imenkovo village of ​​Laishevskiy district, clearing and dredging of the Oshma river in Mamadyshskiy district and the Melekeska river planned for clearing in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

Representatives of the Tatarstan branch of the Russian Geographical Society, together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, volunteers of public organizations and caring citizens, cleaned the coastal zone and the Lesnoye Lake in the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan. The event was organized within the framework of the federal project “Preservation of unique water bodies” of the national project “Ecology”.

The implementation of the federal project “Improvement of the Volga” of the national project “Ecology” was discussed today at a video conferencing meeting, chaired by the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kobylkin. All constituent entities of Russia, in whose territory a federal project is being implemented, took part in the discussion.

Let us recall that in 2020, 8 facilities are being implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of the regional project “Improvement of the Volga” in the direction: “Reduction of the share of polluted wastewater discharged into the Volga river”, transferring from 2019.
