Applications for the competitive events of the National Award in the field of environmental technologies "ECOTECH-LEADER 2025" are being accepted. This is the fifth time that the award has been awarded for achievements in the development, implementation and promotion of effective technologies in the field of ecology and environmental management.

On February 12, 2025, Moscow will host the largest event – the World Map Forum. Within the framework of the business program, issues of development of international cooperation, implementation of projects and initiatives, conservation of natural resources and environmental protection will be raised.

Applications for the award of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of rational nature management and environmental protection named after the outstanding scientist V. A. Popov are accepted until  October 3, 2024. Scientific works, discoveries and inventions that are important for science and practice are put forward for participation. 

The Expert Council of the Crystal Compass Award highly appreciated the project to revive the Volga-Kama Saker falcon population. It entered the top three winners in the nomination "The best social and information project for the preservation of natural and historical and cultural heritage".
