As part of the environmental monitoring, employees of the Volzhsko-Kamsky TA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of unauthorized storage of waste. Clutter was registered on the territory of the former landfill in the western outskirts of the Bazarno-Mataksky rural settlement of the Alkeevsky district. The area was 200 sq. m., the volume – 100 cubic meters.
Such an appeal was received from the citizens of Nizhnekamsk to the Zakamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Environmentalists quickly carried out a visit to the site at the specified address. During the inspection of the site, unauthorized storage of used car tires in the amount of 200 pieces was revealed. The clutter area amounted to 55 sq. m.
Unauthorized waste storage was detected by inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Mendeleevsk. Construction and municipal waste littered the territory on Pionerskaya Street with a total area of 530 sq. m. and a volume of 20 cubic meters.
In order to control and prevent unauthorized waste storage, employees of the South-Eastern, Prikamsky, and Zakamsky territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with representatives of the Kuibyshev Railway, the Volzhsko-Kamsky Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Lower Kama National Park, and local self-government bodies of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, examined the allotment lanes of Russian Railways and adjacent territories. The event was held within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period.
Ecologists of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan identified unauthorized waste disposal in the south – western part of the outskirts of the village of Devlikeevo in the Apastovsky district as part of a two-month sanitary and ecological survey. Waste from production and consumption, as well as garbage from homes, littered the territory with an area of 121 sq. m., the volume – 45 cubic meters.
Earlier, inspectors of the Priiksky Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found unauthorized placement of solid household waste on the territory of the Isergapovsky rural settlement. The area of the cluttered plot was 350 sq. m., the volume – 40 cubic meters.
The dumping of production and consumption waste on the soil was revealed by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the western part of the settlement of Kulgany within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period. The area of unauthorized waste disposal amounted to 270 sq. m., the volume – 12 cubic meters.
In Leninogorsk, bailiffs collected a fine of more than 3 million rubles from Vodokanal LLC. Earlier, the organization was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 8. 13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Since the company voluntarily did not pay the specified amount, the materials were sent to the bailiff service for enforcement. Without waiting for the bailiffs' restrictions, the organization paid the fine in full.
Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, an aerial survey of the territories of 5 municipal districts was conducted: Kaibitsky, Apastovsky, Kamsko – Ustinsky, Tetyushsky and Buinsky. The flight was made by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Nature Protection Ayrat Shigapov together with the head of the Zavolzhsky TA Nikolay Vasin. During the raid, 80 violations of environmental legislation were recorded, most of which were unauthorized waste disposal.
Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found a cluttered plot in the western part of the settlement of Shusherma. Waste paper and cardboard, film, plastic containers, rubber tires, as well as garbage from homes was dumped on the territory. "The total area of illegal storage was 232 sq. m., with the volume of 15 cubic meters," the environmentalists said.
