Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan continue an administrative investigation to find the organizers of the unauthorized dump in Almetyevsk. The company did not submit the documents within the established time limit and did not respond to the repeated requests. By a court decision, the company was fined 50 thousand rubles.

The fact of damage to land was revealed by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny at the request of citizens. The contaminated area was 10 square meters. Specialists of the specialized inspection of analytical control, who analyzed the soil, found that the content of oil products was exceeded by 18 times.

The area of ​​contamination was 185 square meters, for which OPU-30 was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The Almetyevsk City Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan upheld the sentence imposed.

On this fact, an administrative protocol was drawn up against OOO Energoresurs under Part 1 of Article 8.14 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and a fine of 80 thousand rubles was imposed.
