Environmentalists caught the Almetyevsk enterprise in violation of license terms

One of the mandatory terms of the license was violated by a subsoil user in the Almetyevskiy district. Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan established the fact of extraction of common minerals (crushed stone) without a mining development plan. For the use of subsoil in violation of conditions in relation to a legal entity, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Part 2 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The violator faces a fine of 300 to 500 thousand rubles.
