The Samara Arbitration Court of Appeal confirmed the illegality of actions of the “Volzhskaya Shipping Company”

The Eleventh Arbitration Court of Appeal ruled that “Volzhskaya Shipping Company” was found guilty of illegal mining in the Rybno-Slobodskiy district. The violation in the water area of the Kuibyshev reservoir was revealed by the inspectors of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan via satellite navigation GLONASS +112 last year.
