Another trial in the case of “OPU-30” ended in victory for environmentalists

Let us recall that during a scheduled inspection in November last year environmentalists revealed a two-fold excess of phenol in the soil on the territory of the enterprise. The area of ​​contamination was 185 square meters, for which OPU-30 was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The Almetyevsk City Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan upheld the sentence imposed.
